Important Update
Disposable Vapes Are Now Banned in the UK | Here’s What to Do Next
If you’ve found this page looking for disposable vapes, there’s something important you need to know. Since 1 June 2025, it is illegal to sell or supply single-use disposable vapes anywhere in the UK, including online, under legislation passed in October 2024. This covers all disposables regardless of nicotine content.
As a result the VUSE go Edition disposable vape is no longer available for sale. The good news is that there is a direct replacement, the VUSE Reload Box prefilled pod kit. This device brings you the same flavours and convenience as the original, but has replaceable pods and can be recharged making it fully legally compliant, and even better value than the original.
Why the ban happened
~5 million disposables were being discarded every week in the UK
Lithium batteries posed fire risks at waste facilities
Disposables were the most popular vape type among underage users
What’s still legal & available
Prefilled pod kits: closest to the disposable experience
Refillable pod systems: more flavour choice, lower cost
Starter kits: ideal if you’re new to reusable devices
The Edition 01 Disposable Vape by Vuse is a square-shaped disposable vape that is ideal for carrying around on the go. It fits in the palm of your hand so you can be discreet in public places and looks less like a vape when in your pocket. The square design is also more comfortable to hold when vaping and just offers you something different than a traditional pen-style disposable.
With a 540mAh battery and 2ml of Nic Salt E-Liquid, it can provide up to 800 puffs, allowing you to have a reliable all-day vaping experience. Nic Salt is much smoother than traditional nicotine and it is absorbed faster by the body. This results in almost instantaneous satisfaction. The 20mg strength of nicotine will kick your nicotine craving to the curb so if you are looking to quit smoking, Vuse Go Edition 01 Disposables are a great option!
