Important Update
Disposable Vapes Are Now Banned in the UK | Here’s What to Do Next
If you’ve found this page looking for disposable vapes, there’s something important you need to know. Since 1 June 2025, it is illegal to sell or supply single-use disposable vapes anywhere in the UK, including online, under legislation passed in October 2024. This covers all disposables regardless of nicotine content.
As a result the VUSE GO 700 disposable vape is no longer available for sale. The good news is that there is a direct replacement, the VUSE Reload Pen prefilled pod kit. This device brings you the same flavours and convenience as the original, but has replaceable pods and can be recharged making it fully legally compliant, and even better value than the original.
Why the ban happened
~5 million disposables were being discarded every week in the UK
Lithium batteries posed fire risks at waste facilities
Disposables were the most popular vape type among underage users
What’s still legal & available
Prefilled pod kits: closest to the disposable experience
Refillable pod systems: more flavour choice, lower cost
Starter kits: ideal if you’re new to reusable devices
Vuse Go 700 Disposables are an upgrade from regular Vuse Go Disposables thanks to the enhanced battery and redesigned outer shell making them last even longer and look even more stylish. Plus, you can now adjust your airflow, which has never really been seen before on disposable vapes, so enjoy a more tailored experience than ever before. You can even block the airflow completely as a form of child-proofing for extra safety.
