Pick Your Inhale: MTL or RDL
MTL (mouth to lung) is a tight draw like a cigarette. RDL (restricted direct lung) is a looser, airier pull with more vapour. The XROS 6 does both, set by the pod and the airflow slider:
0.8, 1.0 or 1.2 ohm pod, airflow closed: tight MTL draw, best battery life, ideal for nic salts.

Coils and E-Liquid Pairing
Pods of 0.6 ohm and above want thinner 50/50 e-liquid. 10ml nic salts at 10mg or 20mg give the smoothest throat hit for MTL and are the closest match to a disposable. Lighter smokers can use 50/50 e-liquids at 3 to 6mg freebase. Only the 0.4 ohm pod suits higher-VG juice; avoid thick 70VG shortfills in the MTL pods or the coil will struggle to wick.
