Key Features of the IVG Nexio 10000
Massive 10,000 Puff Capacity
The IVG Nexio uses an intelligent dual‑chamber system: a 2ml prefilled pod with a built‑in mesh coil, paired with a separate 8ml auto‑refilling container. Together, they deliver up to 10,000 puffs of rich, flavour‑packed vapour. This innovative design ensures you get maximum enjoyment with minimal maintenance – just insert the pod, and the auto‑refill system keeps the coil saturated, preventing dry hits and maintaining consistent flavour.
Rechargeable 1000mAh Battery with LED Display
Despite its compact size, the Nexio packs a powerful 1000mAh rechargeable battery that easily lasts through a full day of heavy use. The clear LED display keeps you informed of your remaining battery level at a glance, so you’ll never be caught off guard. When it’s time to recharge, the USB‑C port ensures fast, efficient charging – just plug in and you’re back to vaping in no time.
Smooth MTL Vaping with Mesh Coil Technology
Designed for a mouth‑to‑lung (MTL) draw, the Nexio closely mimics the sensation of a traditional cigarette, making it an ideal choice for smokers switching to vaping. The 1.0‑ohm mesh coil ensures rapid, even heating of the e‑liquid, producing smooth, consistent vapour and exceptional flavour clarity from the first puff to the last. The draw‑activated system means there are no buttons to press – just inhale and enjoy.
Premium Build Quality
Crafted with a durable aluminium body, the Nexio feels premium and robust in the hand. Its longer, rigid design provides a comfortable grip and a satisfying weight, while remaining pocket‑friendly and portable. It’s a device built to last.

How to Use the IVG Nexio 10000
Assemble the pod: Connect the 2ml prefilled pod to the 8ml refill container. They click together easily.
Insert the pod: Slide the assembled pod into the device until it clicks securely into place.
Prime the pod: Wait 2‑3 minutes for the e‑liquid to fully saturate the mesh coil.
Vape: Inhale through the mouthpiece. The device is draw‑activated – no buttons to press.
Monitor battery: Check the LED display for remaining battery life.
Recharge: When the battery is low, connect via USB‑C (cable not included).
Replace the pod: When the flavour fades or the vapour decreases, replace the entire pod and refill container with a new IVG Nexio refill pack.
✅ Pro Tip
To get the best flavour and longevity from your Nexio, always wait a few minutes after inserting a new pod before your first puff. This allows the mesh coil to fully saturate with e‑liquid and prevents burnt hits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How many puffs does the IVG Nexio 10000 provide?
The IVG Nexio delivers up to 10,000 puffs from a single 2ml pod and 8ml refill container. Actual puff count depends on draw length and frequency – longer draws may reduce the total number of puffs.
Q. Is the IVG Nexio 10000 rechargeable?
Yes. The device features a 1000mAh rechargeable battery with USB‑C fast charging. The battery is designed to last through multiple pod refills. A USB‑C cable is not included in the box.
Q. What nicotine strength does the IVG Nexio use?
The IVG Nexio pods come with 20mg (2%) nicotine salt e‑liquid – the legal maximum in the UK under TPD regulations. Nicotine salts provide a smoother throat hit and faster absorption than freebase nicotine.
Q. Is the IVG Nexio 10000 TPD compliant?
Yes. The IVG Nexio is fully UK TPD compliant with a 2ml pod capacity and 20mg/ml nicotine limit. It is MHRA registered and legally approved for sale in the UK.
Q. Can I refill the IVG Nexio pods myself?
No. The IVG Nexio pods are prefilled and factory‑sealed. They are designed to be used once and then replaced with a new refill pack. Attempting to refill them will likely cause leaks and damage the coil.
Q. How do I know when to replace the pod?
When the flavour becomes weak, vapour production decreases, or you experience a burnt taste, it’s time to replace the pod. Simply remove the empty pod and refill container and insert a new IVG Nexio refill pack.
Q. What are the best IVG Nexio flavours?
Some of the most popular flavours include Banana Ice, Blue Raspberry Ice, Strawberry Watermelon, Fizzy Cherry, and Mr Blue. However, with over 29 flavours to choose from, there’s something for every taste.
