The bottom is intentionally thick and wide, creating a compact heat reservoir that holds temperature longer and distributes heat evenly for consistent dabs.
Why the gravel/gavel bottom matters
The chunky base increases heat capacity and reduces hot spots, helping you maintain stable temperatures from the start to finish of each hit. This design translates to smoother flavor and better terp absorption when using terp pearls.
Heat and durability: standard vs full weld
Standard weld: the bucket and neck meet at a visible seam. Full weld: the bucket and neck are fused into a single piece of quartz with no seam. Both perform well, but full weld bangers tend to resist heat stress more evenly and are easier to clean because there are no crevices around a weld point, reducing resin buildup over time.
