Important Update
Disposable Vapes Are Now Banned in the UK | Here’s What to Do Next
If you’ve found this page looking for disposable vapes, there’s something important you need to know. Since 1 June 2025, it is illegal to sell or supply single-use disposable vapes anywhere in the UK, including online, under legislation passed in October 2024. This covers all disposables regardless of nicotine content.
As a result the ELUX Legend Mini disposable vape is no longer available for sale. The good news is that there is a direct replacement, the ELUX Legend 1500. This device brings you the same flavours and convenience as the original, but has replaceable pods and can be recharged making it fully legally compliant, and even better value than the original.
Why the ban happened
~5 million disposables were being discarded every week in the UK
Lithium batteries posed fire risks at waste facilities
Disposables were the most popular vape type among underage users
What’s still legal & available
Prefilled pod kits: closest to the disposable experience
Refillable pod systems: more flavour choice, lower cost
Starter kits: ideal if you’re new to reusable devices
Introducing the Elux Legend 3500 Disposable Vape. Enjoy around six times more puffs than regular disposables! All Legend 3500 disposables are nicotine-free and allow for a super smooth flavour experience. The 1500mAh battery, combined with the 10ml of e-liquid within each Elux Legend 3500 allows for much longer vaping sessions and can last up to a week before having to be replaced.
Looking to reduce your nicotine intake or quit smoking using 0mg (Zero Nicotine) disposables? Elux has you covered! The simplicity of use and low maintenance stay the same as no refilling, charging or changing coils is required. You don’t even have to press any buttons to vape!
