Important Update
Disposable Vapes Are Now Banned in the UK | Here’s What to Do Next
If you’ve found this page looking for disposable vapes, there’s something important you need to know. Since 1 June 2025, it is illegal to sell or supply single-use disposable vapes anywhere in the UK, including online, under legislation passed in October 2024. This covers all disposables regardless of nicotine content.
As a result the Dinner Lady Vape Pen Pro disposable vape is no longer available for sale. The good news is that there are a great selection of disposable vape alternatives that give you the same flavours and convenience as a disposable, but have replaceable pods and can be recharged, making them fully legally compliant.
Why the ban happened
~5 million disposables were being discarded every week in the UK
Lithium batteries posed fire risks at waste facilities
Disposables were the most popular vape type among underage users
What’s still legal & available
Prefilled pod kits: closest to the disposable experience
Refillable pod systems: more flavour choice, lower cost
Starter kits: ideal if you’re new to reusable devices
The Vape Pen Pro by Dinner Lady is a disposable vape device that comes in 14 amazing flavours. It is an upgrade from the original Dinner Lady Disposable Pen. Capable of producing up to 600 puffs thanks to its 2ml e-liquid capacity and 500mAh battery. Each Vape Pen Pro should last you a full day’s worth of vaping. The e-liquid within these disposables is UK-made and of the finest quality available and comes in 20mg of Nicotine.
The disposable is designed from a stainless steel + PETG rubber paint with a silk print which makes the device sleek, durable, and discreet. As with all disposables, there is no need to recharge these which is why they are so convenient. When it dies, just open up a fresh one and you are good to go.
