Important Update
Disposable Vapes Are Now Banned in the UK | Here’s What to Do Next
If you’ve found this page looking for disposable vapes, there’s something important you need to know. Since 1 June 2025, it is illegal to sell or supply single-use disposable vapes anywhere in the UK, including online, under legislation passed in October 2024. This covers all disposables regardless of nicotine content.
As a result the VUSE GO Max disposable vape is no longer available for sale. The good news is that there is a direct replacement, the VUSE Reload Pen prefilled pod kit. This device brings you the same flavours and convenience as the original, but has replaceable pods and can be recharged making it fully legally compliant, and even better value than the original.
Why the ban happened
~5 million disposables were being discarded every week in the UK
Lithium batteries posed fire risks at waste facilities
Disposables were the most popular vape type among underage users
What’s still legal & available
Prefilled pod kits: closest to the disposable experience
Refillable pod systems: more flavour choice, lower cost
Starter kits: ideal if you’re new to reusable devices
Vuse has created a nicotine-free disposable vape with the capability to produce up to 1500 puffs (more than twice as many as a regular disposable). Filled with 4.8ml of premium e-liquid and contains an 850mAh battery for a long-lasting vaping experience that can endure up to 2 days for the average vaper.
With a selection of 6 flavours, everyone can find a flavour that suits them. Vuse Go Max disposables are great for those looking to lower their nicotine level or even those trying to quit smoking via a nicotine-free option. No need to refill or charge your Go Max Disposable! Open the box, use it and safely discard it once the e-liquid runs out of the battery dies.
